It might be just better to do headless WordPress and log in to the WordPress stuff because GitHub can be too complicated for the task.
But the problem is with WordPress it's REALLY slow especially with Gutenberg.
Ideally Blogger would just kick into action and make headless couplings but I'm not waiting on it.
If I'm on my phone the best case scenario would be to be on your phone Blogger on an app this would just be the best UX.
On the computer it might be easier but you also have to weigh in the cognitive load of doing stuff on the terminal, timeouts and all of this.
Answer: If it changes a lot than do Blogger by Google
If it doesn't change a lot than do GitHub submodules.
GH Submodules is easier to plug into Next.js but harder to get into a writing flow.
